Hello, I am Chenczen C. Rafael from Sta.Lucia, Quirino, Isabela, an alumnus of Isabela State University – Main
Campus, holding a Bachelor of
Science in Information Systems degree. During my academic years, I acquired a strong foundation in both the
theoretical concepts and practical applications of Information Systems. My coursework and hands-on projects
covered a wide range of areas including Programming, IT Networking, IT Diagramming, Database Management, IT
Mathematics,Business Process Management, and Computer Fundamentals. After graduating, I continued to enhance
my ITskills by providing academic assistance and technical services. I supported students in IT, IS, and CS
programs by assisting them with:
- IT Networking tasks using Cisco Packet Tracer,
- IT Diagramming tasks using Draw.io,
- Database Management tasks using MySQL Workbench,
- and Coding assignments and projects using Visual Studio Code (VSCode)
Through these initiatives, I applied my knowledge to real-world academic challenges, helping students
