Hello, I am Chenczen C. Rafael from Sta.Lucia, Quirino, Isabela, an alumnus of Isabela State University – Main
Campus, holding a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems degree. During my academic years, I acquired a
strong foundation in both the theoretical concepts and practical applications of Information Systems.
My coursework and hands-on projects covered a wide range of areas including Programming, IT Networking,
IT Diagramming, Database Management, Computing Mathematics,Business Process Management, and Computer Fundamentals.
After graduated in college, I continued to improve my IT skills by providing academic assistance and technical services.
